for downtown Lake Havasu


A group of property owners and merchants expressed an interest in establishing a Management District in the Main Street Area of Downtown Lake Havasu City. Hormann & Associates in partnership with Sagacity Consulting was commissioned by the Main Street District organization to provide consulting services to explore the feasibility and subsequently to form a Management District.

A Petition Signing event served to officially launch the Petition Campaign, part of the final steps in the district formation process, wherein signed petitions are collected to demonstrate support to form the district. Any and all District property owners are invited to attend this event.


At any time, property owners may download the blank petition below, fill them out, sign them and mail back. Or property owners who reside in Havasu area may choose to review, sign and turn in a petition created specifically for their parcel(s). All the petitions are being maintained at State Farm Insurance located at 2138 McCulloch. No appointment is necessary. Just stop in during business hours.
